Gut health:one of the best quality glutamine available

it tastes very very little sour (most people won't notice it), it micronized crystals which dissolve completely and fast, no smell
compared it with on nutrition, trexgenics, natural factors(Canada brand) this one is good
asked customer care,they said it is fermented glutamine
I used this glutamine to heal my gut, it really helped with zinc,b vitamins,was able to reduce the gut issues.

the thing dosage is important for gut heal, normal 5g is not enough

I am using this product since last 30 days. On this basis I can say this is the good product from MN. Works well and helpful in recovery. If you are a beginner or starting your workout after a break then it is highly recommend. A little bit problem with this product is that the taste of whay protein powder has been changed when you mix it. Otherwise it is recommended product.
