1. How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime at this link using your Order ID or Tracking Number. If details aren’t visible, it means the order ID or tracking number is incorrect or the order hasn’t been processed yet.
2. I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us at info@musclenectar.com with your order ID. Our support team will investigate and update you promptly.
3. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address changes are possible only within 15 minutes of placing an order, as we process orders on priority to meet delivery timelines.
4. What if my product is damaged or missing?
Please email info@musclenectar.com within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° unboxing video showing the outer box and product condition. This is mandatory for resolution.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is possible only within 15 minutes of placing an order, as we process orders on priority to ensure timely delivery.
For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.
For refunds to the original payment source, a 3% deduction will apply to cover Shopify and payment gateway charges.
6. What is the usual response time for emails?
Our team usually responds within 24–48 working hours, depending on query volume. For urgent issues, please include “URGENT” in your email subject.
