📞 Provide the correct phone number
Orders are delivered through an OTP-based system, and a valid phone number is mandatory for confirming proof of delivery. An incorrect number may delay your shipment.

🏠 Mention complete address
Always include the correct house/flat number along with the nearest landmark. Incomplete addresses may cause delivery failures or delays.

📍 Ensure the correct pincode
If an incorrect pincode is entered, the logistics partner may not be able to deliver the order as it could fall under a non-serviceable (ODA) location. In such cases, the shipment will be returned to us.

Plan your order in advance
Our standard delivery timeline is 5–7 working days. However, unforeseen ground-level operational or external challenges may cause delays. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid inconvenience.

🚚 Delivery is not appointment-based
Deliveries are managed by field executives who handle multiple shipments in a single route. Hence, your order may be delivered at any time during the day.

☎️ Delivery confirmation call
The delivery executive may call to confirm your address or availability before delivery. If the call is not answered, the shipment will be marked as undelivered. Reattempts are usually made within 24–48 hours, with a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to any of the above reasons, we will not be held responsible. In case of a refund, two-way shipping charges and payment gateway fees will be deducted. For reshipping, additional shipping charges must be paid before the order is resent.
