Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer Care for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 3-4 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

All prepaid orders are delivered without any additional cost. Cash collection charges applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
