Muscle Nectar will do our best to provide products in a timely manner. Our policy with regard to shipping, delivery, returns and cancellations is listed below.

Shipping & Delivery
Muscle Nectar will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered. Muscle Nectar will aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours. Orders will be dispatched through reputable courier services available in India.
Unless otherwise specified, will ship all products free of cost with no delivery charges. In the event that shipping charges are applicable, they will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. Products will be shipped only within India.

Points to be considered:

  1. Muscle Nectar shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products once dispatched*. Incase of any delay we will raise and follow-up with the third-party logistics to arrange delivery on priority basis.
  2. Do not accept any product which seems to be tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
  3. Make sure to record a video while opening the packaging as a supporting proof (Guidelines for unboxing mentioned below).
  4. Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubt/questions about the authenticity.
  5. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept any claims regarding return/replacement for the product.
  6. Standard Shipping method will be sent through surface mode and will take 3-8 working* days or longer after shipping, depending on the location and geographical constraints.
  7. Express Shipping method will be sent through air mode and will take 2-5 working* days after shipping.

Returns & Replacements
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 1 business days of receipt of the package. You can inform us by writing to us at or calling us on +91 95947 00011 between 11 AM and 7 PM, on business days.
Returns & Replacements will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, missing or products that have physical defects, it is mandatory to share a video evidence of unboxing (recording video with 360° of all corner edges of outer box and then the unboxing in continuous recording mode). Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

Guidelines for unboxing video:

  1. While taking the video a 360-degree of outer packing is a must to confirm that no tampering is done.
  2. If we find any tampering with the Muscle Nectar tape we are fully liable to reject the claim.
  3. Failing to provide video as per guidelines will lead to rejection of the claim.
  4. The final decision of accepting or rejecting the claim will be taken by team Muscle Nectar.

Any damage/missing product claim will be approved, rejected, or refunded within 10-15 working days by our team.

Return requests will be validated over the email by Muscle Nectar and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via a confirmation email. The product (s) should be returned within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation email. On receipt of the returned product, Muscle Nectar will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to not be eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product (s). Refund cheques will be made in the registered name of the customer only.

You will be updated throughout the return process at the following stages:

1.  A validation call on receipt of the return request.
2.  Instructions via a confirmation email following the validation call.
3.  Confirmation of receipt of the returned product.
4.  Update on inspection and validation of the claim within 7 business days of receipt of the product.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

As all products offered by Muscle Nectar are nutritional products for ingestion, products once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating suitability of a product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or preference lies entirely with you.

Cancellations will be possible within 15 minutes of placing an order and only via email at For cancelling prepaid orders, the amount will be returned to you in the form of store credits which can redeemed as per your convenience. No cash refund would be done under any circumstances since we already incur payment gateway charges for online payments.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If order shipment refused/rejected upon delivery due to incorrect address/mobile number or personal reasons then forward and reverse courier charges (two-way standard freight charges) will be deducted and balance amount will be credited in the form of store credits which can be redeemed as per your convenience.

Return/Refund Policy for near to expiry products
Clearance sale products are sold at heavy discount rate. The expiry date is clearly mentioned on the website for all the products offered under clearance sale. Once the product is purchased under this offer, it will not qualify for any return, exchange or refund under any reason.
