I'm not going to comment on the effects of this since it's been only a week or 2 but, after a little bit of researching, since the source is from sardines it sure that the quality should be good, also it's been given a approval from TRUSTIFIED check the video out on YT, the omega-3 content claimed by the company is same as the actual content if not a little more. So good job
